Navigate to Students > Add Student from the sidebar. Fill in the student's name, email address, instrument, and skill level. Once saved, the student will appear in your Manage Students list and you can begin scheduling lessons and assigning content right away.

When you add a student, they receive an email invitation with a link to set up their student portal account. From their portal, students can view upcoming lessons, access assigned practice materials, log practice sessions, and communicate with you directly.

Yes! Go to Create > Lesson Plans to build custom templates. You can define sections, add objectives, attach resources from your Content Library, and save templates for reuse across multiple students. Templates can be duplicated and modified for different skill levels or instruments.

Head to Content Library > Upload Content from the sidebar. You can upload sheet music (PDF), audio recordings, video files, and other teaching resources. Add tags and descriptions to keep your library organized, and share resources directly with individual students or groups.
